johnny, stop parading your ignorance of the law surrounding vaccination mandates.
Of course, NO ONE EVER said "mandates are dandy." I certainly never said it. You simply made it up because you are fundamentally dishonest.
What some very well respected legal minds DID say is that " VACCINATION mandates are sometimes necessary." And this is one of those times.
And just to save you from wasting your time whining any more about your dishonest partisan made up stupid shit, "exercise" is not a vaccine. The Supreme Court has never ruled on an "exercise mandate." Any individuals refusing to exercise do not threaten the life or health of any person other than themselves, which is the basis for the Supreme Court precedents that historically support vaccine mandates.
That's why there have been vaccine mandates for centuries. Individual Republican troglodytes like you don't get to simply make up some fantasy legal rights to justify their stupidity. The laws are already on the books, and according to the Supreme Court, they are sufficient to support vaccination mandates. There doesn't need to be some new law as you are pretending. (As if you actually think those dimwits would change their behavior if there was a new law.)
