I seem to recall Joe ended remain in Mexico and it was only a few thousand Illegals and they ALL tested quarantined and/or given Trump's vaccine. Then it became 1,300,000 and Joe's vaccine. Now it's back to remain in Mexico. This has all been going on for decades and will never stop regardless of administration or congressional makeup . It's not a partisan thing.
