I found VW back in 1999 thanks to the Melissa virus. I was cleaning up a user's infected system at work and saw a list of porn sites in one of the emails. VW was the only site that stuck in my head. I subscribed to RC and posted a set of self-pics (*M) that got all good comments (I was surprised by a few comments from guys, not being queer, but just giving me props for my muscular calves). In 2000 I posted a set of pics of my gf in VW, again all great comments. I hooked up with a new girlfriend in 2001 (now my wife since 2003). She loved the site and always checked out contris while at work (in her two-person office, whenever the other person was gone). In 2005 I posted a set of my wife's prego pics in VW, but they were rejected because they were considered "enhanced" (I blurred out the surrounding background in the pics, commonly accepted nowadays). After a couple years my wife preferred HC and has been a faithful subscriber since. I haven't published any pics since the last attempt, but one day I hope to have an RC or HC contri of my wife, if not for you to enjoy, then just for me to enjoy seeing her online. :-)

Here's my 2cts (bit of a jump from lurker to active participant, geez the things we do when our daily dose is gone ).

I think I discovered voyeurweb in 1997 or so. If I'm not mistaken via a site that had a girl called cbaby or some such, wetlands I think that was called. I'm pretty sure it was via that or someone on that or a mis-google of that or some such. Anyway, I was hooked ever since and at some point posted some pictures of my girlfriend and then registered to be able to get onto the BB and got into RC as well. I've never enjoyed RC as much as VW, so I only subscribed there for a year or so, but I've taken subscription to fun bags for my second year now. Reason for that is if there is an RC of a VW girl I like I can get it there later and I love browsing historic VW at random as well.

I used to like the NIP section most, but now my favorite would probably be private shots.

Found it by chance, probably from a search engine. I've always been a candid/hidden fan, upskirts etc and of course NIP/EIP. Voyeurweb was the best by far in the early days. Been here, mostly posting with the wife on the BBs since 99 ish......

Thanks for the story Gempix. I found VW in a similar way- I had taken ownership of a laptop for a specific project with work, back in '98, I guess. While looking at what data and programs were on the laptop, I found that one of my coworkers who had previously been using it had downloaded mardi gras movie clips from VW. I went to check out the website (from my personal computer, not the work laptop) and I've been a member ever since. Its a great forum for freedom of expression. I keep hoping someday that former co-worker will post pics of his wife, but so far no such luck LOL.

I'm really dissappointed in Igor, considering what a strong proponent he was of the site back in the early days- assuming that we are hearing the whole story. Nevertheless, I can't wait for VW to be up and running again so all the gorgeous women out there in VW land can go back to expressing their sexuality in pictures, stories, and movies!

Found it in 2001 when a friend posted some new years eve pics and told mitch where to find them. Mitch posted some of ours and we have been on since.

I found it in the late 90's, I don't recall the exact year. A friend at work had an RC membership and we all used to look at it during lunch. Soon after I got my own RC membership because I wanted to be able to post. I've posted a handful of EIP contris of my wife and enjoyed reading the comments but it has been a few years ago. Now I mostly stick to the forums keeping up with what friends are doing and participating in a handful of topics. We still like posting pics there.

Approx. 8 yrs ago, thru a yahoogroup. I saw a pic with voyeurweb.com on it. Been comig to the site since. About 6 yrs later I joined redclouds. Been kicking myself in the ass since, for not joining sooner. Hope things work out soon. Going thru withdrawls over here.

Found HomeClips Probably 2002 or 2003. Got a digital video camera 2006, filmed ourselves a few times, made a short clip and showed it my wife, asked her to compare it to what was winning prizes on HC and we agreed to give it a try. What a scary thrill those first couple of postings were!!! Fortunately, I've done pretty well backing up our stuff, so even if VW/HC has lost it we still have it ourselves.

I first found VW from web searches around 2000 or 2001, back when I was on dialup... and being sneaky since I was living with my parents 'cause I was in high school :shock: (yep I'm young).

For a while I just enjoyed the free sections, then I joined RC around 2004. I've been a HC member for about half that time, sometimes I let that membership lapse since there just isn't as much content I want to see on HC, but the membership is not that expensive either.

I have been around since 2009 and I have met some awesome people here. It is a daily visist to the chat room and seeing the threads. I even posted in the Photoshop thread from time to time.

I really hope that everyone will be back once the site is back to normal. We need to make it our own again.

Lets help the team get this back on track.

We can ponder as to what happened bu that wont change the fact that it did.

We have put our trust in the site before and they have come up with this to try and restore that trust. Lets give them a chance to show how much they value their client base.
