Kim Foxx's chief spokeswoman, her chief ethics officer and her Director of the office’s Conviction Integrity Unit have all suddenly resigned. This after thousands of emails pertaining to the Smollett case were released per a public discloser demand submitted by the Chicago Tribune. Kim Fox said she had no comment other than she would be re-staffing those positions within the next few days and would keep faith with blacks in her district, when considering candidates.
