It's becoming insane, a couple of years ago a small police department in California was sued and settled for undisclosed amount of money because neither of the two women who answer the 911 calls, could speak Spanish and the caller couldn't speak English. The Mayor fired the Police Chief and it's now a LAW in California, that that all call centers that receive 911 calls must have a Spanish speaker available 24/7. CRAZY!
