The average illegal family of 5 costs citizen tax payers an average of $130,000.00 a year in Southern California and they have millions of them. Half of that is on schools alone to educate their 3 children, the rest is medical, housing, food stamps, counseling, language training, jails, etc.

That's what we should be concentrating on rather than taking guns away from lawful owners. However, he was found guilty of being a felon in possession of a firearm and sentenced to time served.
