Political discussions about everything

Every crime is not about Trump, dimwit. You know Manafort is on trial for bank fraud, right?

When crimes are committed, it is wise to prosecute them.

Criminy, and you consider yourself a "law and order" conservative.

"Trump, Trump, Trump, Trump, Trump, Trump..."
Turn on some news, dummy. You'll be amazed and shocked about what's going on out there beyond your FOXnews blinders.

Ya lets all turn on some Huffington, MSNBC, CNN, ABC, NBC all liberal bias fake news sources..

Maybe it you who needs to try fox or OAN for a while..

Mueller's mission is either to find or fabricate something against Trump, that's it in a nutshell. That explains why he's having his people dig up old investigations that were long ago dropped on anyone associated with Trump. He then reopens those old investigations expands them to their families and threatens prison if they don't tell him something on Trump, doesn't matter if it's true or not, as long as it's damaging on Trump.

He has all these people telling him about dates and contacts Trump has had with them and what may have been said all with the intent of putting Trump under oath and tripping him up on those dates and events others have sworn to. Doesn't matter if there was no intent in the mistake or even if Trump is right and the other person was wrong, Mueller will indict Trump for lying under oath to his team. There is no Russian election fraud going on, that was just to give Mueller what he needed to find something on Trump or his family.

"There is no Russian election fraud going on,..."-RealTool

You're really out of touch with the White House and Trump's National Security team, Tool. They say just the opposite. Watch Trump's team for yourself.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=awrE5g9sPc0
This sort of blows your entire premise out of the water, doesn't it. There actually IS something to investigate.

So who do you believe, Tool? The top six security advisers in the Trump Administration telling you Russia is hacking and meddling, or someone who gets all his information off TV from FOX and Friends?

It's a serious question. Who do you believe on this? Or do you actually believe Trump has no control of his entire Administration and they are all a bunch of loose cannons while Trump is vacationing and going to rallies?
Is Trump really that incompetent?
#106598
Please stop citing top advisors.

They used to say 17 intel agencies said Russia meddled, but it turned out to be just a few analysts who said that.

Pray tell, if Russia hacked the DNC server, why wasn't it given to forensic people at the FBI?

Probably because it was a domestic download by somebody like Seth Rich.

Russia has sought to affect elections as far back as JFK, so that is no shock, but the Democrats have made fools of themselves with this new McCarthyism.
#106651
That has to be the stupidest post you've ever made, johnny.

The advisors are right there on video telling you exactly what I said they said, dimwit. This isn't a matter of my opinion.
It doesn't matter whether each of them only has one analyst telling them this or ten analysts telling them this.
They believe it and they are united. Your idiotic 'skepticism' against all facts is not "enlightened", dummy. At some point you just have to trust the people who know more than you. That's why we hire them.

But one thing is certain: Trump doesn't know anything about what is going on in cyber space. He won't read his daily briefing which has to be dumbed down for him as it is.
Trump only knows what Putin tells him. And Putin only tells him what Putin wants him to know.

Now, johnny, grow a pair and answer my question-- Who do you believe on this, Trump or his advisors? Or do you actually believe Trump has no control of his entire Administration and they are all a bunch of loose cannons while Trump is vacationing and going to rallies?
Is Trump really that incompetent?

"Please stop citing advisors."

Exactly who do you think should be cited if you won't cite the people who are making policy, you imbecile?  Criminy...
#106653
You're really out of touch with the White House and Trump's National Security team, Tool.
Clown doesn't know the difference between meddling in an election and election fraud.

Russians have always meddled in our elections and we've meddled in theirs, we have whole agencies that do that. We spend 100's millions on ads in other countries trying to influence their people, there was nothing new in this election...except an outsider gained entrance into the top level of our government and is rocking the boat.

If Russian ads influenced how people voted and that's a bad thing, why are candidates allowed to run ads? Why is "anyone" allowed to run ads?
#106656
Who do I believe on the Russia claims?

Well, anybody who might have a single shred of actual evidence, that would be a place to start.

If the DNC had been hacked, download speeds would have revealed that, but they revealed only a domestic download.

Why wasn't the DNC turned over to the FBI?

Because, other than some silly Facebook posts, there seems to be zero evidence.
#106658
Any American can run ads because of the first Amendment, dimwit.
You need to read up on the Federal Election Campaign Act.

Russians are not allowed to run ads, so just "anyone" is not allowed to run ads. That's just more of your made up stupid shit.

"The Act and Commission regulations include a broad prohibition on foreign national activity in connection with elections in the United States. 52 U.S.C. § 30121 and generally, 11 CFR 110.20. In general, foreign nationals are prohibited from the following activities:

Making any contribution or donation of money or other thing of value, or making any expenditure, independent expenditure, or disbursement in connection with any federal, state or local election in the United States;
Making any contribution or donation to any committee or organization of any national, state, district, or local political party (including donations to a party nonfederal account or office building account);
Making any disbursement for an electioneering communication;
Making any donation to a presidential inaugural committee."
https://www.fec.gov/updates/foreign-nationals/

As RealTool can see if he would bother to get someone to read to him, just "anyone" can't buy political ads.

It's pretty revealing that RealTool has no problem with corruption and criminal activities around elections, as long as it doesn't meet a legal definition of "election fraud".
That's why he carefully chose his words to avoid what is actually being alleged to have happened, and to avoid what Trump's National Security team has been telling us is happening to our elections.

Of course, nobody OTHER THAN TRUMP has ever claimed there was election fraud going on. That's not what I was talking about, nor is it what Trump's National Security experts are talking about. RealTool is just trying to divert again.

"Who do I believe on the Russia claims?
Well, anybody who might have a single shred of actual evidence, that would be a place to start."-johnfibs

And you don't think that six U.S. intelligence agencies who are telling you that there is evidence that Russia has been hacking and meddling in our elections is more credible than Trump telling you there is no meddling, right after he got through telling you there had been meddling, that is?
Stop being such a simpleton, johnny.

"If the DNC had been hacked, download speeds would have revealed that, but they revealed only a domestic download."-johnflubs

Of course it was a domestic download, dimwit. You ARE aware that Russia has agents with computer access in the U.S. aren't you? Constantly repeating that comment makes you look like a real idiot.

"only" a domestic download.   What other kind would they need, dummy?

"Why wasn't the DNC turned over to the FBI?"-johnflubs

Oh, I don't know...maybe they didn't want the government to have access to everything the Party was doing?
Besides, they already knew they were hacked. They have their own tech people too.
Why would they need the FBI to tell them they had been hacked? They would gain nothing from it.

Criminy, the level of your stupidity is staggering.
#106663
Actually, that wouldn't have been a reason.

The top "enforcement" and "justice" agencies were not distinct and apart, but actually helping Democrats.

Hillary colluded with every top official in that regard in two efforts:

1) To protect Hillary, who violated 18 USC 793. Read it and see.

2) Frame Trump with new McCarthyism.
#106679

You need to read up on the Federal Election Campaign Act.

Russians are not allowed to run ads, so just "anyone" is not allowed to run ads. That's just more of your made up stupid shit.
So this, going on two year in multi-million dollar Mueller investigation is about Russia doing what everyone else does and buying ads to express their opinion? That's not voter fraud.
#106685
Of course it isn't voter fraud, dimwit. Nobody said it was.

Trump is the only one continually pushing his claim of voter fraud. But voter fraud is virtually nonexistent.
You can only find a few cases a year of voter fraud, and they certainly aren't enough to alter the outcome of an election.

That's why Trump's obsession with voter fraud is just another case of him jerking your chain. And you clowns fall for it and melt down every time.

And just in case you failed to find someone to read my post to you, Russians aren't allowed to do what everyone else does in elections. They aren't U.S. citizens.
#106693
Right after I enlighten dimwit johnforbes to the fact there was no voter fraud linked to Russia in 2016, he comes here and asks why Obama didn't do anything about nonexistent voter fraud.

You can't fix stupid.
#106713
And I had already told you that any voter fraud was virtually nonexistent, but johnforbes was too stupid to read that factual statement.

So there is no need to ask a hypothetical "If" about something we already know doesn't exit.

At that point is is just mental masturbation by the dimwit asking a pointless question.

"If there were space aliens that landed a flying saucer on johnforbes' lawn last year, why didn't johnforbes report it?"
#106727
It is, of course, unknown to what extent voter fraud prevails.

Some sources estimate 2 million illegal immigrants are registered to vote.

Dems are afraid to implement voter ID for fear it will lessen the illegal aliens voting for Dems.
