CRACKDOWN: DHS Preparing To File Criminal Charges Against Sanctuary City Leaders

Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen has requested that federal prosecutors at the Justice Department (DOJ) begin reviewing the legalities of filing criminal charges against the leaders of sanctuary cities for not complying with federal immigration authorities.

Nielsen told the Senate Judiciary Committee on Tuesday that the Department of Justice "is reviewing what avenues may be available," Fox News reported.

Acting director of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Tom Homan told Fox News' Neil Cavuto on January 2 that the federal government needs to start filing criminal charges against politicians who do not follow the law.

"We've got to start charging some of these politicians with crimes," Homan said.

President Donald Trump has railed hard against the Democrats for wanting to protect criminal illegal aliens in sanctuary cities.

This would be awesome to see a few of these criminals go to prison and along with city leaders why not throw in Pelosi and Schumer :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:

It's going to get interesting when ICE starts kicking in doors and storming businesses in California to arrest illegals who have deportation orders. I highly suspect some libturd mayors will try and order their local police to fight the ICE Agents. Hell Gov Brown may even try using the National Guard to protect them. It sounds crazy to suggest they might do it...but they are crazy.

Democrats have historically wanted the federal govt to step in and force locals to do their bidding, as they did for instance in Little Rock re civil rights.

Today, the Attny Gen of California said he would prosecute any business which did NOT defy the federal govt on illegal immigrants.

In essence, California is declaring itself independent of the U.S.

Libturds in California really think they can order their police to defend criminals against ICE, but what they fail to comprehend is that police officers aren't libturds and certainly won't fight with ICE, who they basically agree and support. Concerning California's National Guard, they've stuffed it with libturds who can no longer fit into their uniforms and half of them would call in sick if deployed by Gov Brown. The true soldiers among them would turn their weapons on Gov Brown if asked to fight ICE.
