A person's vote should be weighed by the amount of taxes they've paid. For every 10,000 in taxes paid to the Federal government, an extra vote count should be given. So a person's vote who 50,000 in federal taxes last year, would count 5X's as much as someone who paid under 10,000. That's the way it works in the real world, those who contribute the most, have the most say. If a person wants more say, then they need to contribute more.
