Not sure what your budget is, but i recently met a couple up at Thunder Valley hotel/casino in Roseville. I was really surprised at how nice the rooms were. they also had a big window to play in front of. Ask for a South facing room, it looks over the pool and parking lot. the north facing rooms just look out over fields.
Sky bar lounge inside has lots of couches to sit and flash if that is the sort of thing you are into as well.

We ended up at the Holiday Inn Suites in Roseville. It was clean and well kept. The window did face Roseville Parkway, and the stoplight at N. Sunrise had cars stopped outside our window for a period of time. I'm sure more than a few had the opportunity to look around while waiting at the light, but no way to really show off with any feedback. We gave it our best though, every light on, shades wide open and as near to the window as we could get before we had to move to the bed....
