Trump has taken down 2 dynasties, 16 opponents, the NFL and now Hollywood is coming apart. The Supreme Court is HIS, and now he is getting out his phone and his pen!!! ISIS has surrendered... What's next??? I can't wait!!!!

Obama's subsidy payments to insurance companies were always improper, and it is great that Trump halted them.

Money should originate from the House, and these subsidies did not.

Yep Obama obligated billions to the insurance companies without it appropriately going through Congress. All Trump has done is stop the illegal payments and told Congress, it's up to you if you want to pass a bill authorizing the billions in payments to the insurance companies. Congress is horrified that they now have to make a decision on Obamacare spending under the scrutiny of voters.
