Youth Unemployment Drops to 17-Year Low

Despite the youth labor force growing about 10 percent, youth unemployment has dropped to a 17-year low.
I'm always dubious about unemployment stats because it is difficult to filter out those who really want to work, those who have given up, etc.
But this trend is good.
