Proof is the data transfer speed would be inconsistent with overseas transmission.
The DNC was hacked locally -- inside the DNC.

Isn't this a bigger story than Trump saying, over and over and over again, that he doesn't favor riots in Charlottesville?

Jesus, johnny, doesn't it ever occur to you that the Russian hackers who did it are in the U.S.? There are lots of them here.
It's like you have no idea what the world is like. You hit upon some factoid and simply choose to believe it means just one thing, and then you stop thinking about it ever again, regardless of the many factoids that indicate the opposite.

Sure, there are Russians here.
But not inside the DNC's computer staff, where all this apparently transpired.
This does explain why the DNC has always refused to allow the FBI to look at the computers/servers.
