Contributors' Access to Old Content

I was chatting with a contributor who complained to me that because she let her subscription lapse, she could no longer see her old contributions (or comments made on them). That seems wrong. Why can't contributors see their own contributions???? VW please fix this. It may be minor, and perhaps only a few people care, but in the long run, if you are accommodating to your contributors, you will have wealthier content.
