Valentines Special Pop Up Won't Go Away.

Is anyone else having problems with getting the Valentines Day Sale pop up to go away? 
It appears with every single page I view. It is very annoying and is about to drive me away from the site, after 10+ years as a member. I just renewed and don't want to add on to my subscription at this time. Please help.
