The Special Counsel concluded, in essence, that Joe was too cognitively impaired to be charged.

But that ignored the fact that all his advisors and lawyers were not senile, even though he was.

Also, what does that say about his reelection campaign if his failure to properly handle classified docs was because he was senile?

I am gratified to learn that johnforbes supports the charges against Trump for mishandling classified documents in a far more egregious and dangerous manner than Biden did. At least Biden never put them in his bathroom to be used as light reading while taking a shit, and then to be used as toilet paper after the Chinese agent/Mar-a-Lago guest was done using the toilet.

Most Trump supporters believe Trump is above the law because he was President, but that somehow Biden is not above the law for holding the same office. (In yet another case of tragic and baffling cognitive dissonance, johnforbes also holds this view.)

But none of this forgives johnforbes for simply lying about the conclusions of the Special Counsel. As always, johnforbes supplied no evidence to support his lie because he couldn't. johnforbes can only think in terms of partisan propaganda. Facts mean nothing to him.

Also, what does that say about Trump's reelection campaign if his failure to properly handle classified docs was simply because he was a criminal?

Again, it is gratifying to see that silly also believes Trump should not have immunity for his crimes. I thought for sure he thought Trump should have immunity and that he opposed Trump's prosecution. But here he is supporting Trump's prosecution and insisting Trump should not have immunity.

Amazing!

Of course, Biden is not getting "IMMUNITY". That's just stupid. Biden is simply not going to be prosecuted. But he could be prosecuted after leaving office if the government chose to because he does not have immunity.

Trump on the other hand, refused to comply with legal subpoenas and lied about having documents that he actually had.
Trump is not being prosecuted because he had documents at his house.
He is being prosecuted for refusing to comply with subpoenas to turn them over to the government, false statements and representations, conspiracy to obstruct justice, withholding a document or record, corruptly concealing a document, concealing a document in a federal investigation and a scheme to conceal. Biden didn't do any of that.

Any president needs immunity for acts done in the legit course of duties. Otherwise, Obama or any other Democrat could face litigation for something like ordering a drone strike in a war.

What is interesting is that Biden had about 300 pages of classified docs left at various non-secure locations such as the falling-apart cardboard box in his garage or in a closet at the Penn-Biden Center where Biden got a million per year salary, did nothing, and the Center was supported by money from China.

Some of the docs were from 40 years ago reportedly, long before Biden was senile.

The argument against Trump was that he did not return docs when asked, but then neither did Biden.

So the lesson sorta comes down to Democrats being above the law.

silly, though you demonstrate once again that you are completely clueless about the law, it is still good to see you here strongly supporting the prosecution of Trump for the multiple crimes he clearly committed involving classified documents.

As for Dishonestjohn, stealing classified documents, ignoring subpoenas, conspiracy, and concealing documents in an investigation are not acts done in the legit course of anyone's duties, and they weren't crimes committed when Trump was President anyway. They were crimes committed after Trump was no longer President, so they couldn't possibly be considered acts done in the legit course of duties which Trump no longer had. Why johnforbes can't stay on topic is as baffling as ever.

It's always diversion and distraction with Dishonestjohn.

Of course you missed it because the DOJ never said it. Everyone missed it.

"Special counsel Robert Hur issued his report on President Biden's handling of classified documents from his time as vice president, finding that no criminal charges were warranted. The special counsel said he would have reached the same conclusion even if the Justice Department did not foreclose charges against a sitting president.

"We conclude that the evidence does not establish Mr. Biden's guilt beyond a reasonable doubt," the report says. "Prosecution of Mr. Biden is also unwarranted based on our consideration of the aggravating and mitigating factors."-CBS news
