The grand jury were done a month ago, they were told to go back over the evidence again, after they did, apparently they didn't reach the conclusion Holder wanted because he then gave them testimony of over 300 witnesses to the abuse by the police department over the years and told them to go over it all. Yes they are trying to force the grand jury to give the opinion they want and if that's not going to happen they want it after the elections.

The physical evidence leaked actually not only shows Brown's DNA on the Officer's gun, it also show Brown's arms weren't raised when he was shot and Brown was charging when he was shot, including the one to the top of the head as he fell forward toward the Officer. The Officer deserves a medal and should be teaching self defense at the police academy and firearms training, the dude is bad ass!

Looks like the city of Ferguson and the State are in negotiations with Wilson on how much it would take for him to retire early to avoid more native violence who would be intolerant of him working in the city any longer.
