VW links not working?

Hi

When i click a link in VW links, a white page appears and no site. This happens with every site. I'm usinf firefox but chrome gives the same thing

What is the problem?

I am encountering the same issue when I select a contra on my laptop.

MacBook Pro, OS X v10.9.5
via latest versions of Safari and Chrome

Things are fine when I use my smartphone, however. Quite odd...
